- Required items: Email address, password, nickname, child's age and developmental stage details.
- Automatically collected items: IP address, cookies, service usage records, device details.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The collected personal information is used for the following purposes:
- Execution of contracts and billing for service provision.
- Membership management (identity verification, identification, prevention of unauthorized use, and restriction on abusive behavior).
- Service improvement and personalization (recommendation of custom daily missions and creation of 'Director's Notes' reports).
3. Retention and Period of Use
The company destroys personal information immediately after a member requests account deletion or after the purpose of collection is achieved. However, when required by relevant laws and regulations, the information is stored for specified periods:
- Records on contract cancellations: 5 years.
- Records on payments and supply of goods: 5 years.
- Records on customer complaints and dispute resolutions: 3 years.
4. Destruction Procedures and Methods
In principle, the company immediately destroys personal information when it is no longer required. The procedures and methods are:
- Procedure: The information entered is transferred to a separate database and stored for a set period based on internal policies and laws before deletion.
- Method: Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make restoration impossible. Paper printouts are shredded or incinerated.
5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users can view, edit, or request deletion of their personal information at any time. You may also contact the Privacy Officer via email to request immediate actions.
6. Overseas Transfer and Consignment of Personal Information Processing
To provide services and process the AI growth reports smoothly, the Company consigns personal information processing and transfers data overseas as follows:
Recipient (Consignee): Google LLC (Google Cloud Vertex AI)
Country of Transfer: United States and other Google Cloud service regions
Method of Transfer: Transmitted via secure network (HTTPS) when generating and analyzing AI growth reports
Personal Information Transferred: Child's age and developmental stage details, growth records (daily mission outcomes, etc.), and parental notes
Purpose of Transfer: Generating and analyzing AI growth reports (Director's Notes) using Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini API)
Retention and Period of Use: Destroyed immediately after report generation is complete and the purpose is achieved (In accordance with Google Cloud's terms of service, the transmitted data is not used for AI model training.)
