Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the use of the mobile application and services (collectively the "Services") operated by UpToTen ("Company") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions used herein are as follows:
- Service: Refers to all mobile applications, web pages, and solutions provided under the name 'UpToTen'.
- User: Refers to both members and non-members who access and utilize the Services.
- Member: Refers to users who register accounts and accept these terms to continuously utilize the Services.
Article 3 (Validity and Revisions)
The Company displays these terms on the service screen for accessibility. The Company may revise these terms under applicable laws. Revisions will be notified at least 7 days in advance (30 days for major changes affecting user rights).
Article 4 (Services Offered)
The Company offers the following features to users:
- Tailored daily parenting missions and instructions (Stage).
- Developmental milestones and roadmap guides (The Script).
- Saving and managing growth milestones in a digital album (Encore).
- Mindcare and masterclass content for parents (Backstage).
- AI-generated weekly child developmental reports (Director's Notes).
* To provide AI-based services, certain data entered (child's age/developmental stage details, growth records, parental notes) will be transmitted to and processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini API). Transmitted data is not used for AI model training in accordance with Google Cloud's terms of service and is processed solely to provide the services. Users have the right to refuse consent prior to using the AI services; however, refusal may limit the availability of the AI-based reporting feature.
Article 5 (Account Management)
Users are responsible for securing their account details (email and password). The Company is not liable for damages caused by leaked credentials unless there is proven negligence or intentional misconduct by the Company. Inform support immediately if security is breached.
Article 6 (Disclaimers)
The Company is exempt from liability for service disruptions due to natural disasters, acts of war, system errors, or force majeure events. Furthermore, the Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or safety of user-submitted growth data.
