Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions of use, procedures, rights, duties, and responsibilities between the user and SAI (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") regarding the mobile application and related services.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• Service: Refers to the 'SAI' application and website where users can register relationship targets, log interaction contexts, and receive AI-driven analyses via mobile devices.
• User: Refers to any customer (both members and non-members) who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• Member: Refers to a user who has registered in the Service by providing personal information, and can continue using the Service's features.

Article 3 (Effect and Revision of Terms)

These Terms become effective upon being published within the Service or disclosed by other means. The Service may revise these Terms in accordance with applicable laws, and revised terms will take effect after a specified notice period.

Article 4 (Service Use and Restrictions)

In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special operational or technical hindrance. However, the Service may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for regular maintenance, system recovery, or updates.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following behaviors when using the Service:

• Registering false information during signup or profile modification.
• Stealing other users' credentials or accounts.
• Unauthorized copying or modification of UI/UX and content provided by the Service.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or placing excessive load on the servers.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service Provider is not liable for failures to provide the Service due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, wars, national emergencies, DDoS attacks, or server hosting provider failures). The Service Provider is also exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by user fault.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising between the user and the Service Provider shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Service Provider's headquarters is located, and shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the head office.
